A classic example for the electric chair in my opinion. The murderer feels he is "mentally unfit" to pay his debt to society. Too bad dirt bag, pay up.

Thirty-seven-year-old Darick Demorris Walker died by injection at
9:24 p.m. Thursday at Greensville Correctional Center in Jarratt. WTOP
Justice was served.
