This man, if you could call him that was convicted of murdering a convenience store clerk. Richard Yost was beaten to death with a baseball bat after being tied and handcuffed during the robbery.
He had three accomplices and they were also convicted. one of them was Darwin Demond Brown and he was executed in 2009. Post here.
