Leave it to the Chinese to figure out a good use criminals

This should be considered for use with American death row inmates. It would give them something to do while wasting time on appeals and the legal process. (I could go on forever with this.)

Most death row murders say they are sorry, Most say they have found God and they are forgiven.

They should prove it by donating organs to those in need and the state could throw in a free lobotomy. We have an ample supply of death row inmates here in Florida.
