$50K Dog Park Planned For San Marco

They cannot find enough funding in the budget to keep the Police Officers on the street but they have the funds for a frigging dog park. Here is my fix. Have the dog owners buy a home with a bigger yard and then, fence it in themselves. No need of a silly-assed dog park. We don't have enough parks for children, but, when this bit of madness goes through the we are the proud recipients of a dog park. I would rather have one more Police Officer on the job rather than a dog shit collecting park.
