Info Post
This convict committed his crime of raping, beating, and brutally murdering an 86 year old woman on Christmas Eve at her home. Victor Kennedy was executed on August 6, 1999 for this crime as a co-defendant. (Justice was half served.)

This convict has the opinion that the lethal injection procedure is unconstitutionally cruel. I wonder if the convict would like a group of volunteers (I would volunteer), to come into his cell and beat him to death (like he did his Victim) and then let the convict decide what would be a better way to bring about final justice.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - An Alabama death row inmate scheduled to die Thursday is pursuing last-minute appeals at the state and U.S. Supreme Courts, including seeking more time to argue that Alabama's lethal injection procedures are unconstitutionally cruel. (Source.)
