Parents Busted; Children Found Living In Filth

STARKE, Fla. -- A Bradford County couple faces child neglect charges after police said a drug bust led deputies to a home where five children were alone and living in deplorable conditions.

Sheriff's investigators said that after they arrested James and Latishia Belflower in their car, deputies went to the couple's mobile home and found children ages 1 to 15 years old alone.Deputies said they were shocked at the conditions they found inside. (Source.)
